Martin Theron

Prior to founding Toho, Martin worked for 7 years in London as an Investment Analyst at Orbis Investment Advisory, with responsibility for finding and maintaining investments in the firm’s Global and Japan Funds. Prior to Orbis he worked in Johannesburg as a sell‐side analyst covering a wide range of global TMT companies. Martin's ‘circle of competence’ includes Japanese companies generally, and global TMT companies.

Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 2006. He obtained business a Masters in Finance from INSEAD in 2011 and an undergraduate business degree from University of Cape Town.
